Senior Staff Accountant
Position: Marketing Coordinator;
Status: Full time; Exempt
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist in photo shoot planning and execution
- Responsible for coordinating post-photo shoot follow up (i.e. send gift certificates and brochures, update model information list, etc.)
- Support Marketing Manager with Sales Meeting and Manager Meeting preparation and planning
- Organize and coordinate retail store marketing requests and communicate to Marketing Manager, District Managers and VP of Retail
- Work with Marketing Manager and Retail Division to ensure timely and successful seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Assist Marketing Manager in creating and editing in-store collateral, presentations and advertisements (will train)
- Traffic product samples to various media outlets for PR opportunities
- Work with Marketing Manager on PR projects
- Assist in ensuring that the co-op process is handled timely and efficiently
- Support the Marketing Manager on various Wholesale and Retail projects that may arise
- Work with Marketing Manager and Merchandise Manager to ensure website descriptions and photography are updated and displayed on schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Advertising, Communications or equivalent work experience
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point; preferred knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Photoshop
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have a high-energy level, be a self starter and reliable
- Ability to multi-task and think pro-actively
