We have partnered with iShop USA, our trusted international shipping experts, to deliver your order outside of the United States.  When checking out at http://www.hartstrings.com/, click on the "International Check Out" button and you will be transferred to the iShop USA website.  To complete the transaction, simply follow the instructions on the iShop USA website.  Once your order is completed, please direct all communication regarding your order to the iShop USA Customer Service Department.

We gladly accept returns on the following basis: (excludes all Online Warehouse Sale purchases)

©       Item or items was purchased within 30 days from www.hartstrings.com (please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days from date purchases or items that have been purchased from any other website or store)

©       Item or items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached

©       Item or items is not damaged

Please note that items returned will be refunded to customer in the original form of payment only.  Refund will also be at the price that was originally paid.

Holiday Return Policy:

Hartstrings knows how hectic the holiday can be so we have extended our return policy in order to make it easier for our customers.  All orders placed between November 1st and December 24th will be accepted for return through January 25th of the following year.  All regular return policies apply.

Shipping:

Hartstrings cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  To ensure correct delivery please provide a street address for all purchases.

Sale Purchases:

Due to the high popularity and great value of sale styles, availability is not guaranteed.  If a style you order becomes sold out, you will receive a notification via e-mail.

Price Adjustments:

Hartstrings wants to ensure you get the most current price for your purchases. Therefore we offer our customers a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, please send an email to csserv@hartstrings.com within the fourteen (14) day window.  Please include your order number in your email message. If your order qualifies, we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment. These price adjustments can only made through the online ordering department.

Please note that items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. See promotion for details.
