1) Log into your account at Hartstrings.com
2) Click on “my account” in the top right hand corner of the homepage.
3) Click on your corresponding order number on “order history” page.
4) Check off the items you wish to return.
5) Click “return checked item” on the bottom of this page.
6) Click “print return label” on the bottom of this page.
7) Affix return label to your carton.
8) Drop your carton off at any UPS store.

Holiday Return Policy:
Hartstrings knows how hectic the holiday can be so we have extended our return policy in order to make it easier for our customers. All orders placed between November 1st and December 24th will be accepted for return through January 25th of the following year. All regular return policies apply.
Hartstrings cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. To ensure correct delivery please provide a street address for all purchases.
Hartstrings wants to ensure you get the most current price for your purchases. Therefore we offer our customers a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the fourteen (14) day window. Please include your order number in your email message. If your order qualifies, we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment. These price adjustments can only made through the online ordering department.
Please note that items purchased with a promotional discount or Clearance, they are not eligible for price adjustments. See promotion for details.
